Out of school hours care (OSHC)
Welcome to Ingle Farm East Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Vacation Care.
Ingle Farm East OSHC and Vacation Care Service provides a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for children and young people to follow their interests and explore new things. Our Service follows the National Quality Framework (NQF) standard and My Time, Our Place framework and is responsive to each child’s needs.
We are a Governing Council run Service and offer session for children and young people from Reception to year 6. OSHC is located in the Southern Building located on Straun Road.
We provide a quality program building on children and young people’s knowledge, interest and ability by provide challenging opportunities through play, leisure, spontaneous and planned activities that are inclusive of children’s learning and abilities.
We aim to build a community for staff, children and young people, their families, the school and the wider community that is safe, inclusive, collaborative and meaningful.
Our Service is staffed by Educators that are kind, caring and ready to bring joy and excitement to each session.
Bookings and Cancellations
Children who are not enrolled and do not have a booking will not be able to attend OSHC and will need to be collected from school at 3.05pm.
All bookings must be in writing and via text message to the OSHC mobile 0401 717 090.
Please be aware Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
We have a 7-day cancellations policy. Full fee for any cancellations outside this time.
Please arrange a meeting with OSHC leadership to start the enrolment process.
Your booking text message must include:
- your child’s name
- booking date and time.
All permanent bookings must be made via the OSHC booking form and emailed to ife.oshc276@schools.sa.edu.au.
All vacation care bookings must be made via the vacation care booking form and emailed to ife.oshc276@schools.sa.edu.au.
Fees and operating times
Our fees and operating time as of Jan 2024 (Covered by CCS/ACCS)
BSC -Before school care 6.45am to 8:55am Cost $22.50 per child. Includes Breakfast available until 8.15am and activities.
ASC -After school care 3.05pm to 6pm Cost $30 per child. Includes Fresh fruit, snack and activities.
EF -Early Dismissal/Last day of term 2.05pm to 6pm $40 per child. Includes Fresh fruit, snack and activities.
PFD/SCD -Pupil free days/School Closure Days 6.45am to 6pm Cost $85 per child. Includes Activities, breakfast, fresh fruit and snack.
VC -Vacation care 6.45am to 6pm Cost $85 per child. Includes Activity, breakfast, fresh fruit and snack.
Fees not covered by CCS/ACCS
Bond per family $60 – refundable when our service is no longer required and account is paid in full.
Late collection per family – $5 per minute
Behaviour collection per family – $5 per minute
Food supplied per child – $5
Drink bottle supplied per child – $2
Non notification Fee per child – $10
